Book club is in Mondays after school until 4.10 p.m., for years 4, 5 and 6.

We have started reading a book called Billy the Kid. It is set in WWII and is very sad in places.

We enjoy sitting around on the carpet in year 1 listening to Mrs Voyle read a few chapters. Then we talk about some of the things we have heard.

At the end of the club we have been making our own book marks. 

Book club is very exciting. We are reading a book that really makes you think about how scary it was in the war.

This is the best club in the school. It is amazing and I can’t wait to hear the next chapter.
