Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) -
We are Foundation Stage 2 and this is our first year at Primary School. Miss Bryant and Mrs Clarke are our teachers.
They help us a lot with learning new skills. We have great fun learning our letters and numbers and making lots of new friends.

Art
For our topic, we have been learning all about the colours of the world. We added different materials to the paint to see if it changed the texture. We chose materials like rice, cotton wool, oats and salt. After, we discussed our favourite and why we liked it.
Construction
We have been learning about how to work as a team and how to overcome challenges. For this, we had to build a tall tower using spaghetti and marshmallows. We found this tough to start with but once we worked together, our towers were able to stand up without support!
PJ Day!
We have been learning about night time and the differences between day and night. We started our topic with a pyjama day. We had a bedtime story, drank some hot chocolate and even went on a walk to find nocturnal animals!
