What we do and why
We aim to provide fun events throughout the year for the whole school, and local community.
We organise engaging activities which support and advance the education and experience of pupils
We provide funding for projects, which might not otherwise be available
We hope to facilitate social interaction between our school, parents, children and our local community
We run an exciting annual program of events, which we try to vary as much as possible in the hope that there will be something for everyone. These include cake sales, summer fair, school discos, Christmas fair, Christmas parties and coffee mornings to name a few! We welcome help with the planning and running of these events.
Thanks to the generous support of our parents past and present, we have raised lots of money for our children. We have funded school trips, resources for each classroom and Year 6 leavers' hoodies. We have also donated money to the school to use on classroom projects chosen by the children.
Our meetings are very informal and are usually held once a term. New parents are always welcome to join us during our meeting.
How can you be involved?
We understand that you may not be able to attend all or any meetings but perhaps there is some other way of being involved. Can you donate your time or expertise at one of our fundraising events? Do you know someone who has a local business who would be willing to donate a raffle prize or give us a discount towards their product?
If you would like to be involved, then please contact the school office and they will be able to tell you what’s going on or where help is needed.
